Manager of Data & AI Platform Solutions

Our client is seeking a Manager of Data & AI Platform Solutions to lead the development, deployment, and evolution of enterprise AI and data initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and the ability to drive strategic innovation. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT. Manager of Data & AI Platform Solutions' Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models in production environments
• Lead enterprise-wide AI and data initiatives from strategy through execution
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, including data ingestion, movement, transformation, and model integration
• Work with large and complex datasets to support analytics, automation, and machine learning initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions

• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models into production environments
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, and large-scale data processing
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with data preparation, transformation, and feeding datasets into machine learning workflows
• Ability to own and drive end-to-end AI and data initiatives across an organization
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
