Job description

We are seeking a dependable and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to support daily IT operations across the organization. This role works directly under the Systems Administrator and is responsible for providing hands-on end-user support while assisting with the maintenance of systems and infrastructure., * Provide first-line technical support for end users (hardware, software, and network issues)

  • Set up and configure new workstations, laptops, and user accounts
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, basic administration tasks)
  • Assist with Active Directory tasks (user account management, group membership, permissions)
  • Troubleshoot printers, connectivity issues, and shared resources
  • Provide remote support for off-site users
  • Maintain IT inventory and assist with asset tracking
  • Escalate complex issues to the Systems Administrator as needed
  • Assist with system updates, patching, and basic security tasks
  • Document common issues and resolutions

Requirements

Do you have experience in Task prioritization?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a wide range of technical issues in a fast-paced environment., * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and/or equivalent work experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Basic working knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Windows 10/11 environments
  • Active Directory
  • Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, * Experience with remote support tools
  • Familiarity with endpoint security software
  • Exposure to virtualization or remote desktop environments
