Your Key ResponsibilitiesHR Infrastructure & Process Optimization
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable HR strategies, SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge systems
- Streamline HR workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
- Lead enterprise HR process improvement and modernization initiatives
HR Technology, HRIS, and Automation
- Own HRIS governance, enhancements, and platform integrations
- Partner on HR technology selection, implementation, and optimization
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Ensure alignment across HR platforms, reporting, and internal systems
People Analytics & Data-Driven Insights
- Build dashboards and HR metrics to inform strategic workforce decisions
- Translate workforce data into actionable insights on engagement, retention, and performance
- Maintain data governance standards and consistent reporting cadence
- Provide executive-level recommendations to support strategic HR planning
Employee Experience & Organizational Enablement
- Develop onboarding, engagement, recognition, and leader enablement frameworks
- Create practical tools and communications to support HR process adoption
- Ensure consistency and clarity in HR programs across the organization
Compliance, Risk & Employee Relations
- Advise on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, and investigations
- Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and compliance with federal, NH, and ME laws
- Monitor HR trends to inform systems, policy, and process improvements
Strategic HR Leadership & Change Management
- Lead cross-functional HR transformation initiatives with clear project governance
- Align stakeholders and communicate effectively during change initiatives
- Research and implement best practices that strengthen organizational capability
Requirements
Do you have a valid Senior Professional in Human Resources certification?, Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership across multiple functional areas
- Proven ability to design and scale HR infrastructure and systems
- Expertise in HRIS, HR technology, automation, and people analytics
- Strong project management and systems-thinking skills
- Executive-level communication and trusted advisor capabilities
- Preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications
