Extensive experience working on complex projects, including over two years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst, with responsibilities for preparing test documentation, conducting reviews, and obtaining stakeholder approvals using industry-standard methodologies.
Proven track record in client-focused quality assurance, managing testing efforts across multiple high-profile projects involving complex functional domains within a matrix organizational structure.
Strong experience in developing comprehensive test plans and test cases, tracking and managing defects, and creating automated tests within software development environments.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Jira plug-ins, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)/Quality Center.
Proficient in configuring and implementing automated testing solutions using tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, or similar frameworks.
Demonstrated leadership in planning and executing functional testing activities, with specialized experience in the Health and Human Services (HHS) domain.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
