Dynamics 365 Systems Architect - Hybrid

As a Dynamics 365 Systems Architect, you will provide advanced technical leadership and support for enterprise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will lead end to end solution delivery across the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance, while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards., * Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to define scalable system solutions.
• Design and document multi platform architecture including integrations and authentication models.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and support delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and change management for Dynamics solutions.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure solution stability.
• Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and high performing systems.
• Develop detailed technical documentation and deliver clear presentations to stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• 5+ years of experience in system architecture and enterprise solution design.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud based application architectures.
• 5+ years of experience with infrastructure, network, and application support.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD or release management practices.
• Hands on experience with APIs, integrations, and authentication frameworks.
• Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
