Job description

The Tech 1 role provides first-level IT support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic network issues., * Provide basic technical support to users remotely and onsite

  • Troubleshoot computers, printers, email, and connectivity issues
  • Set up workstations, user accounts, and equipment
  • Document and manage support tickets
  • Escalate advanced issues to senior technicians
  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service

Requirements
