Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration programmesDrive programme governance, planning, delivery, and stakeholder engagementOversee data migration, data quality, and business readiness activitiesManage cross-functional teams across functional, technical, and data workstreamsSupport target operating model and transformation roadmap developmentLead steering committee updates and executive reporting

Required Experience10+ years SAP consulting experience.Proven leadership of large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programmes.Excellent understanding of SAP functional and technical landscapes.Experience delivering complex enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple geographies. (Manufacturing, Finance, FMCG, retail, logistics, or complex global SAP environments)Strong knowledge of:SAP ECCSAP S/4HANASAP Data MigrationMaster Data GovernanceSAP integration architectureExperience working within complex stakeholder environments.Demonstrated ability to lead global and cross-functional teams.Strong commercial awareness and programme governance capability. Preferred ExperienceExperience with SAP Activate methodology.Exposure to SAP MDG, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics, and cloud transformation.Experience in Finance, Manufacturing, FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals, or supply chain environments.Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and audit alignment within SAP programmes.Experience with migration tooling such as Syniti, SNP, or SAP Data Services. Hybrid Role - On client site as and when required to engage as necessary with the client.
