Requirements

The Person:A successful candidate should have:Proven experience delivering technology-led projects, with a strong emphasis on ERP systems (ideally within a retail environment)Solid project management expertise across both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesThe ability to plan, organise, and manage all phases of a project to ensure timely deliveryConfidence working in ambiguous or evolving environments, with the ability to manage uncertainty effectivelyA flexible management style, adapting to different working environments while maintaining a strong focus on deliveryExcellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong stakeholder management capabilitiesExperience in identifying and managing risks to minimise project impactFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Monday.com (advantageous)The ability to create and maintain project plans across multiple teams, including third-party partnersA proven track record of delivering results and driving projects to completionPlease note: while this role involves end-to-end project ownership, it is primarily focused on ERP delivery. Demonstrable experience managing ERP implementations, enhancements, or integrations is essential.
