Support the Product Owner with backlog creation (user stories/requirements).- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and build strong end-user relationships.- Drive migration of applications from Citrix to Microsoft Surface desktops.- Translate complex specifications into clear product outputs.- Analyse and document processes, data flows, and system interactions.- Collaborate with engineers, testers, and team members for quality delivery.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
