Job description
We're looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join our established team within CBS, playing a key role in keeping our services running smoothly and our users supported. As an Infrastructure Analyst, you'll be right at the heart of our service operations. You'll take ownership of incidents, solve problems, and help us continuously improve the way we work. Your day-to-day will include:
- Independently troubleshooting and resolving product and end-user service incidents
- Knowing what needs attention now and prioritising tasks accordingly
- Creating and maintaining clear, accurate technical documentation that helps the whole team succeed
- Delivering services in line with agreed SLAs, supporting the overall success of the service team
- Escalating to our Infrastructure Engineers when needed-and learning from them along the way
Alongside your technical work, you'll be a trusted team member, offering support and guidance to users, peers, and colleagues across the business. You'll be joining an experienced, supportive team where your ideas for improvement are welcomed, your contribution matters, and your development is encouraged. For this role you'll need to have: You'll have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and enjoy working across the modern end-user computing landscape, including:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft products:

Windows 11

Office 365, including mobility features

SCCM - creating and troubleshooting packages, programs, task sequences, and applications

Microsoft Defender and BitLocker

Knowledge or practical experience with Intune, our Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool

Confidence working with Active Directory, including managing GPOs and securing endpoints through group policies

Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident, request, and service management
Experience in these areas would be helpful:
- Previous knowledge or experience of working in line with ITIL v4 practices is desirable
