Job description
As a Sr Product Designer focused in design systems, you'll play a key role in driving the evolution of our design system, ensuring it supports our suite of apps used by Apple Store team members. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on execution, collaborating across functions, and mentoring others in systems thinking and design craft.","responsibilities":"Lead the architecture and evolution of our design system, defining and implementing strategies to scale and improve it in alignment with business needs and future vision.

Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present work to large groups and executives.
Familiarity with behavioral design principles, including understanding of human motivations, biases, and decision-making processes.
Experience leveraging AI/ML to enhance product capabilities and user experiences.
Flexible and fast learner with a proven track record delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced work environment.
Degree in interaction design, human interaction, sociology, psychology, visual design, or related field.
A passion for Apple, its products, and its customers.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years related design experience in product design and 2+ years contributing to design systems.
An outstanding portfolio that shows the ability to clearly communicate concepts and design solutions through sketches, wireframes, detailed designs and prototypes focusing on iOS, iPad & macOS platforms.
High proficiency in design and prototyping tools to - actively sharing expertise, and championing best practices to elevate the broader design team's capabilities.
Experience designing apps at every stage of the process, from conception through delivery - driving the work forward through close collaboration with other designers and cross functional partners to ensure high quality outcomes.","internalDetails":null

The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
