Financial Systems Analyst II - Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other ERP Systems

This role is ideal for someone who sits comfortably between finance / accounting and technology - someone who understands accounting processes and enjoys improving systems, reporting, and overall business operations.

Experience with systems like Dynamics 365, Epicor, Sage or similar ERP platforms is important, along with exposure to reporting tools like Power BI. You will be a part of process improvements, ERP implementations / upgrades, special projects and more. Responsibilities

• Liaison between Accounting/Finance teams and IT as the Company migrates large subsidiary to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations modules)
• Support other subsidiaries on Epcor, Sage, other ERPs as well as Power BI.
• Monitors, analyzes, automates, and improves current processes and procedures to facilitate the use and development of technology for Finance, Support, and Operational departments in line with enterprise growth and needs
• Lead system upgrades - working with the users and IT.
• Designs and consults on current, emerging, or changing technologies in order to achieve efficiencies and increase productivity
• Provides data analytics and conceptual skills to support initiatives and projects
• Remains up-to-date and current on developing business trends as they pertain to finance, business systems, processes, goals, objectives, and directions.
• Collaborate and consult with all areas of the enterprise to develop and improve existing business systems
• Trains, develops, and collaborates with internal customers and Finance/IT staff on the utilization of newly developed procedures/tools in order to ensure consistent application and understanding

Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, · Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience equivalent

• Minimum five or more years of experience, seven years or more preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience required
• Knowledge of Business applications (Financials, General ledger, AR, AP modules)
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics Finance & Operations, D365
• Must have accounting knowledge, with understanding of general ledger, accounts receivable, payables, and journal entries
• Exceptional organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and project management skills
• Strength in developing business relationships in a matrixed organization
