IT ERP Administrator

• Administer business software systems such as ERP (Acumatica), and other business applications.
• Work with business process owners to gather requirements, configure and implement solutions in our ERP Software.
• Writing business reports using SQL and BI software.
• Working with IT management to define, develop, and configure software solutions to optimize and streamline business processes.
• Record all change requests and project requirements in IT Ticketing / Project Management Software.
• Fully document software implementations and customizations.
• Create end user process guides, instructions, and knowledge base articles.

Do you have experience in System administration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, At Borla Performance, we are seeking a skilled ERP Administrator to join our IT department. As a ERP Administrator you will configure and administer Borla's ERP Software, Acumatica, as well as other business applications., * Bachelor's degree in IT Information Systems or business from an accredited college or university.

• Minimum 3 years' experience with supporting ERP Software in an IT role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting & configuring Acumatica or similar ERP systems.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with SQL queries for reporting.
• Experience developing reports/dashboards with BI Reporting software such as PowerBI, Metabase, Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to learn business processes rapidly.
• The Ability to learn new software applications rapidly.
• Experience with EDI and API Integrations is a plus.
• Experience with application programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, an analytical thinker, and have sound reasoning skills.
• Must be able to handle numerous tasks effectively, while adhering to strict timelines
