Job description
Responsible for leading the evolution and integration of enterprise systems with a primary focus on ADempiere Open-Source ERP and an internally developed commission's management software. Drive digital transformation initiatives that promote operational efficiency and ensure seamless system interoperability. Lead master data governance initiatives to promote accuracy, consistency, and integrity of shared data across ADempiere Open-Source ERP, CRM, commissions platforms, and reporting tools. Direct the configuration, deployment, and integration of enterprise applications, to establish robust connectivity between ADempiere Open-Source ERP, CRM systems, internally developed commission's software, and eWorksheets. Evaluate and approve integration work to meet performance, scalability, and cybersecurity requirements.
Requirements
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field. Experience Requirements: Three (3) years of experience in job offered, engineering, or related occupation. Skills: Any amount of experience in the additional requirements below will be acceptable unless specific amount is noted. All experience can be concurrent. Additional requirements: Prior academic background or work experience to include: 1) Three (3) years of experience working with business systems analysis or enterprise applications, including ADempiere Open-Source ERP, commissions systems integrations, and digital transformation strategies. 2) Three (3) years of experience in PostgreSQL, SQL, PL/SQL, optimizing queries, transforming transactional data, and tuning performance within ADempiere ERP databases. 3) Experience with eWorksheets, data analytics platforms, RPA platforms and tools, and enterprise reporting systems. 4) Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations across ERP, CRM, commissions, and reporting platforms, using modern enterprise integration patterns.
