Job description
- The Enterprise Network & Identity Engineer will support enterprise network and identity infrastructure initiatives including SD-WAN deployment, PKI lifecycle management, and secure authentication services.
- The role includes monitoring, identifying, and resolving issues related to enterprise network and identity services.
- It also includes supporting connectivity and authentication services on Windows-based systems and mobile devices.
- The engineer will manage the full lifecycle of network and identity infrastructure.
- The engineer will create and maintain network documentation including diagrams and design records.
- The role includes assisting with deployment, configuration, installation, and upgrades of network solutions.
- The engineer will ensure secure and stable enterprise connectivity., * Support enterprise network and identity initiatives including SD-WAN, PKI lifecycle management, and secure authentication services.
- Monitor, identify, and resolve issues related to enterprise network and identity services.
- Support network connectivity and authentication services on Windows-based systems and mobile devices.
- Manage the network and identity infrastructure lifecycle across all stages.
- Create and maintain network documentation including diagrams and design documentation.
- Assist with deployment, configuration, installation, and upgrades of network infrastructure.
- Perform enterprise network installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
- Perform firmware, software, security, and feature upgrades across network platforms.
- Monitor and resolve assigned network and connectivity tickets.
- Coordinate testing and validation of network and identity solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure stable and secure network operations.
- Provide updates on project milestones and progress.

Requirements
- 3+ Years of Experience with enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration.
- 3+ Years of Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of switches and wireless access points.
- 3+ Years of Experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.
- 3+ Years of Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices.
- 3+ Years of Experience with creating and maintaining network documentation and diagrams.
Experience:
- Experience in enterprise network infrastructure and identity management.
- Experience supporting network connectivity, authentication systems, and enterprise deployments., * Ability to perform on-site physical network work including working on ladders and lifting equipment up to 40 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple locations.
- Experience working in enterprise IT field environments.
- Strong coordination and planning skills.
