Job description
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with deep experience in manufacturing (MFG) environments and a strong understanding of Data & AI-driven transformations. This role will act as a strategic consultant to the Director of Data & AI, driving and overseeing multiple high-impact programs across the manufacturing value chain. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, helping define, prioritize, and scale AI use cases while ensuring alignment with operational and business KPIs., * Act as a trusted advisor to the Director of Data & AI at the customer site
- Lead and oversee end-to-end Data & AI programs across manufacturing operations
- Identify, define, and refine AI/ML use cases aligned with business outcomes
- Translate plant-level challenges into data-driven solutions and execution roadmaps
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners
- Ensure successful program execution, adoption, and value realization
Programs Under Scope * Manufacturing Intelligence

Drive initiatives around plant productivity, cost optimization, margin improvement, and KPI tracking

Support AI-driven solutions for color formulation, quality, and consistency

Transition and enhance existing solution (previously with Palantir, now with PwC)

R&D Acceleration Use Cases

Identify and implement AI solutions for faster innovation cycles (e.g., Albert Invent or similar platforms)

AI Stack for SEM (Sales & Engagement Management)

Define and support AI enablement for customer-facing and commercial processes

Manufacturing Intelligence Platform (Azure-based)

Contribute to the design and buildout of an enterprise-grade intelligence platform on Azure
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to manufacturing domains
- Strong understanding of plant operations, production workflows, and industrial KPIs
- Proven experience in Data & AI/ML programs, including use case definition and implementation
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, data engineering, AI/ML, IT)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and modern data architectures
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, * Experience with digital twin, Industry 4.0, or smart manufacturing initiatives
- Exposure to tools/platforms like Palantir, PwC solutions, or R&D AI platforms (e.g., Albert Invent)
- Background in process industries / discrete manufacturing
- Experience in global delivery and onsite-offshore coordination
