We are seeking a true Solutions Architect with strong GCP cloud expertise to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work across multiple large-scale programs focused on customer experience, contact center transformation, and AI-driven solutions within the healthcare domain., * Architect end-to-end cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  • Design scalable integrations using Kafka (event streaming)

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Solutions Architect (not Tech Lead/Architect variants)
  • Deep expertise in GCP cloud architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka / event-driven architecture
  • Experience in AI/ML or conversational AI solutions
  • Prior experience in Healthcare (preferred) or Finance/Insurance domains

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce / Health Cloud experience
  • Contact Center or CX transformation experience
