Senior IT Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a contract-based remote role. The individual in this role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects, manage project timelines, budgets, and scope, and ensure successful implementation aligned with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include preparing project plans, mitigating risks, driving stakeholder engagement, and monitoring project progress to meet quality standards and deadlines. The Senior IT Project Manager will also be responsible for facilitating clear communication across project teams and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational policies.

• Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications. Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of IT systems, cloud solutions, cybersecurity protocols, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Leadership and Team Collaboration: Ability to manage cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and inspire collaboration. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex projects, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred Qualifications: PMP or Agile certification. Experience with government or public sector IT projects. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field., Working in an onsite setting Working in a hybrid setting 15+ years of experience in Project Management
