Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Engineer (Lead/Architect) with a minimum of 7 years of hands on experience in full stack development, cloud engineering, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading development efforts, designing modules end to end, mentoring team members, and owning delivery from development through deployment. This is a customer facing on site role with significant leadership responsibilities and collaboration with both onsite and offshore teams., Serve as the Java Full Stack Lead/Architect, providing technical direction and hands on expertise. Participate in meetings with key business stakeholders to analyze and understand requirements. Design application modules independently and contribute to architectural decisions. Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and perform all sprint related technical activities. Own the end to end delivery of assigned user stories/features from development through deployment. Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve technical issues for the team. Communicate effectively with both onsite and offshore stakeholders. Requirements
Core Full Stack Development Proven Full Stack Engineering background (backend + frontend) Strong leadership experience in Java based engineering projects, Previous experience in the airline industry is highly desirable.
