INFORMATION SECURITY TECHNOLOGY

As an Information Security Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and data. You will play a critical role in identifying potential security risks, developing and implementing security measures, and monitoring our systems for any potential threats. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits., Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data
• Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential threats
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve our security posture
• Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a security-conscious culture
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our systems and processes
• Conduct incident response and management in the event of a security breach
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and incidents

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of security principles, protocols, and best practices
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners
• Familiarity with security frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are a plus
