Job description
You will work as part of a small, collaborative IT team and partner closely with finance and operations to ensure a successful ERP transformation for approximately 175 users., * Support ERP upgrade activities, including data migration, testing, validation, and go-live support
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support Syteline (v9) and CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)
- Customize and maintain ERP reports, forms, and configurations
- Update and remediate custom development to ensure CSI compatibility
- Design, develop, and support systemintegrations including:
- ShopVue
- Paperless Parts
- CloudSuite Industrial
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for finance and operations
- Troubleshoot ERP, reporting, and integration issues and provide end-user support
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to support business requirements
- Document system configurations, integrations, and process changes
- Operate in a hands-on, agile environment with direct responsibility for outcomes
