Job description
As a SAP BRIM Functional Consultant, you will support enterprise solution delivery by providing functional expertise and configuration support across Billing and Revenue Innovation Management and contract accounting processes. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to design, test, and implement solutions, ensure compliance with financial controls, and contribute to data migration and production support activities throughout the project lifecycle., * Deliver functional design and configuration for BRIM and FICA processes including payments, collections, dunning, and account determination.
- Lead and support functional testing, validating results, reviewing scripts, and resolving defects.
- Assist with configuration tasks including business partner setup, contract accounts, and event framework updates.
- Support data migration efforts including mapping, translation rules, and open item conversion.
- Contribute to cutover planning, readiness activities, and system migration execution.
- Maintain work items, documentation, and progress tracking within ALM tools.
- Provide post go live support for payment interfaces, billing cycles, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, and business rule configurations.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and reporting standards.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- 5+ years of experience as a BRIM Functional Analyst with CI and or FICA expertise.
- Strong knowledge of FICA processes including payments, dunning, collections, and open item management.
- Experience working with integration points between BRIM, CI, and GL systems.
- Familiarity with event frameworks, BRF+ rules, and system enhancements.
- Experience using ALM tools for tracking, testing, and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for documentation and collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and independent working capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
