As a Senior CRM Developer, you play a key role in translating complex business challenges into high-quality, future-proof technical solutions. Working closely with clients and a team of consultants, you take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle and ensure that CRM solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with SAP best practices.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into clear IT requirements.
- Design sustainable and maintainable solutions using SAP's latest technologies and architectural standards.
- Develop, optimize, test, and deliver high-quality CRM functionalities together with your colleagues.
- Focus on software design, code quality, performance optimization, and reusability across the solution landscape.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and support integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Coach, mentor, and support junior consultants, helping them grow their functional and technical expertise.

Requirements
- 5+ years of project experience in CRM 7.0 development
- Strong expertise in CRM WebClient UI, BSP development, CRM BOL, CRM GENIL, and Service Enablement
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Customer Management, ABAP on HANA, and ABAP CDS views (basic, composite, consumption)
- Functional knowledge in one or more domains: SAP IS-U, MM, PM, SD, FI (at least one certification required)
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- A strong interest in new technologies, innovation, and continuous improvement
- A pragmatic, proactive, and self-driven mindset - someone who takes initiative and gets things done
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured way
- Belgian residency, with proficiency Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
