Therefore, we would like to grow further and need a Lead Software Engineer, who will drive the further development of our platform in consultation with our CTO in a growing team., * Leading all stages of product development - from conception to live operation

• Implementing new features in an agile environment
• Increasing quality and stability by writing automated tests and improving existing processes
• Technical lead for (Junior) Software Engineers
• IT consultant for the team and customers incl topics such as security or privacy
• Continuous development of the eSquirrel platform in Java/Kotlin and TypeScript/React

• You have 5+ years of experience in backend and frontend development and are proficient in

• Java/Kotlin (preferably incl Spring Boot, Hibernate/jOOQ)
• PostgreSQL (or comparable database)
• TypeScript with React (incl HTML, CSS, Javascript, possibly AngularJS)
• Heroku/AWS (or comparable PaaS/IaaS Clouds incl Monitoring, Message Queues, Multi-tenancy, Error Reporting)

• You have worked in a SCRUM/Kanban environment and enjoy it. Any certificates (e.g., Professional Scrum Developer) are an advantage.
• You are interested in native Android and iOS apps. Maybe you have even developed one before? Knowledge in Android (Kotlin, Java, Android SDK) / iOS (Swift, XCode) is an advantage.
