Peppermint Implementation Consultant

We're looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our client's Peppermint team, delivering Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions to legal sector clients.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone with a blend of Business Analysis, Project Management, and technical delivery experience. You'll take projects from requirements gathering through to implementation, working closely with clients and internal development teams to deliver successful deployments.

The Role

• Deliver implementation projects for Peppermint solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics platform
• Gather and document business requirements
• Run client workshops and translate requirements into workable solutions
• Manage project delivery, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Work alongside development teams where configuration, integrations, or bespoke development is needed
• Support testing, go-live, user adoption, and post-implementation handover

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Experience in an Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role

• Strong client-facing software delivery experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365
• Good understanding of software development and technical delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities

Desirable

• Experience working with legal sector clients
• Knowledge of Peppermint or similar legal tech / CRM platforms
• Experience with integrations or APIs

Remote (UK) | Permanent | Up to £70,000, Fully remote UK-based permanent roleSalary up to £70,000 depending on experience
