Job description

  • Manage Salesforce to ensure accurate order, inventory, and customer data.
  • Monitor EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) signals on a daily basis.
  • Manage customer receipts, including completion of Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and Goods Receipts (GRs).
  • Review failed EDI signals and investigate route causes.
  • Track, analyse, and report KPIs to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Responsible and reliable, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with proven experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
