Job description
- Act as the finance expert, advising customers on operational challenges and matching their business needs to ERP solutions.
- Review customer processes to find inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements that increase efficiency and compliance.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable ERP solutions that solve real customer problems.
- Support solution design and delivery by using strong product knowledge, creating clear documentation, and working closely with project and product teams.
Requirements
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified
- Knowledge manufacturing processes, including production planning, traceability, quality, and compliance requirements.
- ERP system expertise, with the ability to understand modules, workflows, integrations, and how they support end-to-end business processes.
- Analytical and process design skills to identify inefficiencies, recommend data-driven improvements, and produce clear process documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective customer engagement and seamless work with cross-functional teams while adhering to governance and delivery standards.
