on a core ERP product that is critical to customers' day-to-day operations.Genuine junior opportunity where potential, mindset, and learning attitude matter more than years of experience.Collaborative environment with access to experienced product and engineering professionals who are keen to mentor and support your development.The Ideal CandidateRequired ExperienceProven experience with ERP.Foundational understanding of product development and agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban or similar).Experience supporting UAT or testing activities in a commercial or technical setting.Exposure to working with developers (including offshore teams) and business stakeholders.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to ask questions and clarify requirements.Good time management and ability to adapt when priorities shift.Need to have 2 years experience in supply chain environments.Desirable ExperienceExperience in a Junior Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar delivery-focused role.Familiarity with DevOps tools/environments and modern software delivery practices.Previous participation in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).Have knowledge or experience within Logistics or Supply ChainEducationDegree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with the product team day-to-day, helping to manage and refine the product backlog.Work closely with development teams (including offshore) to clarify user stories and support smooth delivery.Support and coordinate UAT activities, including planning tests, executing them, and capturing feedback.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable backlog items.Contribute to agile ceremonies, maintain proactive communication across the team, and stay flexible as priorities evolve.Apply Now!Don't miss this incredible opportunity.
