Senior Frontend Developer (React)

As a React Frontend Developer you will be responsible for building and enhancing our flagship web applications that serve the maritime industry. Working closely with our cross-functional team of designers, backend developers, and product managers, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and functionality of our platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong foundation in frontend development and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: * Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js

• Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing UI/UX designs
• Integrate frontend code with backend APIs to deliver seamless user experiences
• Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications
• Optimise application performance for speed and scalability
• Write clean, well-documented source code and uild reusable components for future use
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience working as a frontend developer, with a strong focus on React.js
• Experience with TypeScript and its application in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Familiarity with GraphQL and its implementation in frontend applications
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
• Passion for the maritime industry or willingness to learn about it
