We are looking for an exceptional Head of Business Transformation to lead and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a high-performance motorsport environment. Reporting to the Director of Programmes, this role will drive operational excellence, process optimisation, digital transformation, and cross-functional performance improvements across engineering, operations, finance, IT, and business functions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of business operations within a fast-paced and highly competitive organisation, ensuring systems, processes, and governance frameworks enable world-class performance both at the factory and trackside., * Develop and lead the enterprise-wide business process transformation roadmap aligned to strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and deliver high-impact transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across all business functions.
- Drive optimisation, standardisation, and automation of core business processes to improve efficiency, reporting capability, and operational performance.
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of enterprise systems and digital platforms, including ERP, PLM, planning, and reporting tools.
- Define business requirements and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value, scalability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance and key stakeholders to establish governance, controls, and audit-ready frameworks aligned to FIA cost cap regulations and internal policies.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure transformation success, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver actionable insights, reporting, and scenario analysis to support rapid decision-making within a high-performance environment.
- Champion operational excellence methodologies to embed a culture of innovation, efficiency, and accountability.
- Build and lead high-performing functions across Business Analysis, BoM Control, and Cost Engineering to strengthen process integrity, cost visibility, and business capability.
- Coach, mentor, and develop teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and continuous professional growth.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, IT, PMO, and external partners to deliver transformational outcomes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Cost control?, * Extensive experience in business transformation, operational excellence, or process optimisation within Formula 1, motorsport, or a comparable high-performance engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies with a proven track record of successful implementation.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation programmes involving ERP, PLM, or other business-critical systems.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capability with the ability to translate data into actionable business improvements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at senior leadership level in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of governance, cost control, and regulatory compliance frameworks, ideally including FIA cost cap regulations.
- Hands-on experience in business analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, and implementation of compliant operational solutions.
- Highly collaborative leadership style with strong emotional intelligence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to make confident decisions and deliver measurable outcomes under pressure.
- Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams while promoting a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
