Manager, Information Systems

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager with a strong technical background in full-stack development and team leadership. The role involves leading a team of developers, driving the design and delivery of scalable web applications, and ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise with leadership capabilities and a solid understanding of enterprise systems, including ERP environments., * Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance support.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Track team progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Technical Delivery
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Act as the primary liaison between development teams and other technical/business teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality, testing coverage, and defect resolution.
• Support production environments by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Process & Continuous Improvement
• Drive Agile practices and improve development workflows.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Maintain proper documentation and system standards.

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Proven experience in delivering scalable applications in environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise integrations.

• Strong experience with .NET Core:
