Senior Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to own the technical conversation from first demo through scoped estimate - and to own the training content that helps partners and customers get up to speed. This is a presales and enablement role at the intersection of sales, partner success, and product expertise, reporting to the Director of Solution Architects.

You will be one of a small number of people at eOne who can credibly demo, scope, and train on both SmartConnect and Popdock. Your work directly influences which deals close, which partners succeed, and whether customers understand the value of what they are buying.

What You'll Do

Presales & Technical Solutioning

• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations of SmartConnect and Popdock to prospects and partners
• Lead technical discovery conversations to understand customer environments, integration requirements, and success criteria
• Build estimates that translate customer needs into scoped, deliverable projects
• Answer feasibility questions during the sales process, including API research and validation using tools like Postman
• Create and maintain integration templates and demo assets that support ongoing sales efforts

Partner & Community Enablement

• Enable reseller partners to understand, position, and demo eOne products before the sale
• Deliver webinars, remote sessions, and live presentations at partner conferences, Microsoft events, and industry events
• Represent eOne's technical capabilities to the broader Dynamics community as a product evangelist
• Support partners with product knowledge and sales readiness so they can run their own successful conversations

Training & Content

• Own SmartConnect training content in eOne's LMS, including creating and maintaining curriculum as the product evolves
• Deliver SmartConnect bootcamps (typically one day, structured as two half-day sessions) for partners and customers
• Develop training assets, demo environments, and enablement materials that support partner onboarding and customer success
• Help define what scalable training looks like at eOne as the team and product portfolio grow

Product Expertise

• Maintain deep hands-on expertise in SmartConnect and Popdock, including emerging Popdock AI capabilities
• Stay current on product changes and translate them into updated demos, training content, and sales messaging
• Serve as a technical resource for complex questions across the organization
• Actively engage with AI tools as they become part of the eOne product ecosystem and day-to-day work, This is a remote-friendly role. Travel expectations depend on the scope of your community and evangelism work:
• Conference presenters typically travel 6-8 times per year
• Those focused primarily on demos and partner enablement can expect 2-3 trips annually for team and partner meetings
• Presenting at external events is valued but not an absolute requirement for success in this role

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Do you have experience in RESTful API?, * 5+ years in solution architecture, technical presales, ERP consulting, or a closely related field

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (GP, BC, or similar) and data integration concepts
• Comfortable building and delivering technical demonstrations to both technical and business audiences
• Experience with REST APIs and tools like Postman for API testing and validation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; you make complex integrations feel approachable
• Experience developing training content or curriculum, not just delivering it
• An early-adopter mindset toward AI; you engage with new tools before they are polished
• SmartConnect or Popdock experience is a significant advantage
