Job description
We're looking for a CRM Specialist to support the Aftermarket division with the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of workflows on behalf of our customers within the Vehlo CRM platforms.
You'll work closely with our customer base and the customer success teams to deliver a positive seamless experience during onboarding.
What You'll Do:
- Own the initial setup of CRM and online service scheduler for new customers, ensuring templates, triggers, and logic are properly implemented. Continue to provide support and check on customers throughout the relationship.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to our shop owners on how to leverage their CRM software to drive new customer acquisition, repeat customers and upsell their services.
- Be the go-to resource for email and CRM execution across Aftermarket product lines.
- Adapt and expand role responsibilities as business needs evolve and new CRM technologies emerge
- Primary point of escalation for product & customer issues for those using OSS + CRM.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Phone communication?, * 2+ years of experience in CRM management, email automation, or digital marketing execution
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle automation, and campaign optimization.
- Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HTML for email formatting and editing a plus.
- Experience supporting customer success or onboarding teams preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, This role may be performed in a remote, hybrid, or office-based environment depending on business needs.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment (e.g., keyboard, mouse, headset)
- Ability to view and interpret information on a computer screen for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written communication
- Ability to participate in virtual meetings with or without reasonable accommodation
