Senior Data Analyst - USDS (Multiple Positions)

Design, build, and continuously improve data evaluation and monitoring systems, focusing on user experience and operational efficiency.

Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business growth and optimize business and user experience.

Monitor key performance indicators and develop metrics framework to help measure cross-functional team efforts in a quantitative way.

Conduct A/B testing and experimentation and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for improving overall service efficiency.

Identify critical data signals to support the detection of bugs and user experience issues, contributing to product and service quality improvements.

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics (any), Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics (any), Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

Designing A/B tests, conducting statistical analysis, and interpreting A/B test results to provide insights for product features;

Mining, preparing, cleansing, and analyzing structured data using SQL, Python, or R for metrics creation, root cause analysis, and model preprocessing;

Developing and maintaining tables, views, indexes, datasets, and/or data pipelines to extract, clean, transform, load and maintain data across multiple databases;

Designing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key data and insights, and track key performance indicators; and

Creating, maintaining, and delivering reports using Excel, and developing, validating, and maintaining metrics to manage and evaluate business performance.

Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 5%.
