The Information Security Manager leads the development and oversight of the organization's information security program. This role partners closely with IT leadership, Compliance, and business stakeholders to manage cybersecurity risks, support regulatory compliance, and protect systems, networks, and data. In addition to technical leadership, this role provides visibility into security performance, leads incident response efforts, and manages a small team focused on maintaining and improving security practices across the organization.

  • Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with networking concepts, protocols, and services required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting and securing Windows and Unix/Linux environments required, * Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and enterprise security best practices
  • Solid technical and functional understanding of information security tools and frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Proven ability to train others on security practices and threat mitigation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
