To be successful in this role you don't have to have worked in a Data Center previously or in an IT related role. If you are a proven people manager, with success of developing a team through change and ambiguity, then this could be the role for you., * Lead and develop high-performing technical teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth
- Optimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions
- Manage infrastructure projects, including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centers
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performance
- Drive operational excellence by implementing robust metrics, incident management, and capacity planning strategies

Requirements
Do you have experience in Cloud computing?, * Experience in people management and team development
- Experience managing complex and fast-moving issues
- Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings
- Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for daily use
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
