Job description
The Digital Services Operations Specialist will provide specialized operational and governance support across enterprise digital platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring stable, compliant, and well-governed delivery of web infrastructure, digital analytics, privacy compliance, and platform operations in alignment with IT Digital Services standards., * Support website hosting onboarding and migration activities across platforms and environments.
- Manage domain and DNS lifecycle operations , including provisioning, updates, renewals, and decommissioning.
- Oversee SSL certificate lifecycle management , ensuring timely issuance, renewal, and compliance.
- Configure and troubleshoot Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules to ensure security and performance.
- Perform website onboarding, go-live readiness checks, and validation , ensuring adherence to operational and security standards.
- Digital Measurement & Analytics
- Govern and manage Google Analytics (GA4) configurations in line with enterprise measurement standards.
- Implement, configure, and debug Google Tag Manager (GTM) to support accurate data collection.
- Configure and maintain Google Search Console for SEO and site health monitoring.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key digital performance metrics.
- Perform measurement validation and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of analytics data.
- Privacy & Compliance
- Provide operational support for OneTrust Consent Management Platform (CMP) , including configuration and ongoing maintenance.
- Perform cookie classification and support remediation activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct Tag Inspector and compliance audits to identify and address non-compliant tracking technologies.
- Support Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) by coordinating data discovery, validation, and response activities in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Platform Governance & Operations
- Maintain and update the Digital Asset Inventory (DAI) to ensure accurate tracking of all digital properties.
- Manage user access and permissions across digital platforms, ensuring proper access controls.
- Handle incident, problem, and service request management through ServiceNow , ensuring SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for vendor onboarding, access enablement, and operational readiness .
- Support governance activities by ensuring compliance with IT standards, security policies, and operational processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Strong hands-on experience with web infrastructure operations and digital platform governance.
- Working knowledge of:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- OneTrust (or similar consent management platforms)
- Experience in privacy compliance , cookie management, and audit remediation.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and request management.
- Understanding of DNS, SSL certificates, and web security concepts (WAF, access controls).
- Experience working in large enterprise or multi-vendor environments .
- Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications͏
- Exposure to ITIL-aligned service operations .
- Experience supporting global websites and digital platforms .
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Prior experience in vendor governance and digital service delivery models .
Engagement Model͏
Role will function as part of the IT Digital Services operational team , working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, security, compliance, and analytics teams. Mandatory Skills: Adobe Launch and Analytics .
