Job description

As part of the Data & Digital Solutions team, you will be involved in analysing, transforming, and visualising data to support both internal business operations and customer-facing solutions., You will work alongside experienced developers, analysts, and technical leads using technologies including Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Azure. The role will involve building dashboards, automating reporting processes, supporting data-driven decision-making, and contributing to the future development of intelligent analytics solutions., * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI

  • Collect, clean, organise, and analyse data from multiple sources
  • Write and optimise SQL queries for reporting and analysis
  • Support automation of reporting and business intelligence processes
  • Assist with data modelling and reporting framework development
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and identify trends and actionable insights
  • Work with software developers and technical teams to support data-driven functionality within enterprise applications
  • Support troubleshooting, testing, and validation of data-related issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement of data quality, governance, and reporting standards
  • Assist with predictive analytics and AI-focused initiatives where applicable
  • Work collaboratively with development, support, and customer-facing teams
  • Maintain clear technical and reporting documentation
  • Support research and development projects as required

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about data and technology. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to continuously develop their technical and business skills.

Previous commercial experience is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate., * Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related discipline

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI
  • SQL query writing and data analysis skills
  • Understanding of data visualisation and reporting principles
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated, organised, and eager to learn
  • Flexible and collaborative approach to work
  • Passion for data, analytics, and modern technologies

Desirable Skills

  • Microsoft Azure or cloud platform exposure
  • Experience with data modelling or data warehousing concepts
  • Knowledge of ETL and data pipeline processes
  • Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning concepts
  • Programming experience using Python or C#
  • Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
  • Experience working with enterprise or operational business systems
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Interest in progressing toward Data Science or AI-focused technologies
  • Willingness to travel overseas for short periods if required
