Job description
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead the delivery, performance and continual improvement of IT services across the organisation. Working closely with the IT Director, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the IT infrastructure and operations roadmap across a fast-paced, project-based environment., * Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations services across the business
- Manage and improve cloud platforms including Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint
- Oversee networking, telephony, desktop technologies and end-user services
- Drive service performance, incident management, problem resolution and continuous improvement
- Manage relationships and performance of Managed Service Providers and third-party suppliers
- Lead change, release, asset and configuration management processes
- Ensure resilience, security, backup and disaster recovery capabilities are maintained
- Act as a senior technical SME and support emerging technology initiatives
- Mentor and develop the IT Operations team while promoting a strong learning culture
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Strong background in IT Infrastructure and Operations leadership
- Technical expertise across Azure, M365, networking and end-user technologies
- Experience managing operational IT teams and external suppliers
- Knowledge of ITIL and service management best practice
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to business sites as required and ability to obtain Security Clearance
