Job description

An Implementation Onboarding Manager is required to support continued expansion across Europe and the USA.

This is a customer-facing onboarding and implementation role focused on helping ecommerce and retail clients successfully launch onto a proprietary SaaS/logistics platform. The position combines customer onboarding, project management, stakeholder engagement and solution consultancy.

The business operates in a fast-paced ecommerce and fulfilment environment and is looking for commercially minded individuals who enjoy building strong client relationships whilst managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

The Role

You will take ownership of onboarding new customers from initial engagement through to go-live, acting as the central point of contact throughout the implementation journey.

Working closely with internal teams across operations, customer success and sales, you will ensure onboarding milestones are delivered smoothly whilst helping customers maximise value from the platform., * Managing multiple onboarding and implementation projects simultaneously

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for new customers
  • Coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver successful go-lives
  • Running onboarding calls, training sessions and customer workshops
  • Advising customers on best practice processes and operational efficiencies
  • Supporting inbound customer conversations alongside the sales function
  • Managing onboarding activity through CRM systems including HubSpot
  • Supporting handovers into account management/customer operations teams

Requirements

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success or project delivery roles

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects
  • Commercial mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Experience within SaaS, ecommerce, logistics, fulfilment, ERP or platform-based businesses
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and operational data
  • German language skills are essential for one of the hires and desirable for the second
