Job description

My client, an Engineering company based just outside Kidderminster is looking to recruit a Quality Systems Engineer on a Permanent basis . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about quality management and continuous improvement within a dynamic environment., * Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems aligned with organisational objectives and industry standards covering ISO 9001, 14001 AND 45001.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HACCP protocols and other relevant regulations.
  • Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status for management review.
  • Support product development teams by providing expertise on quality assurance practices during design and production phases.
  • Facilitate training programmes to promote awareness of quality standards across the organisation.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of quality management systems through analysis skills and continuous review.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Quality management?, * Proven experience within a similar role within Manufacturing/Engineering

  • Qualified Internal Auditor
  • Experience managing external certification audits
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
  • Excellent analysis skills, capable of interpreting complex data sets to inform decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools utilised for data analysis, reporting, and audit management. This role is ideal for professionals committed to upholding the highest standards of quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
