Job description

  • Own IAM strategy, roadmap and product vision across IGA, PAM, certificates, secrets, and key management.
  • Align IAM to Zero Trust principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate business and security needs into product features.
  • Work with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM products.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of IAM capabilities.
  • Engage with leaders across Security, IT, HR, Risk, Compliance and Audit.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR and internal audit expectations.
  • Manage risk, technical debt, and remediation plans.
  • Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and product performance.
  • Track product metrics and improve automation and self-service.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and strong security behaviours.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SailPoint?, * 7+ years' experience in cybersecurity/identity roles and 5+ years in product management.

  • Strong understanding of IAM domains: IGA, PAM, cryptography, certificates, secrets.
  • Experience in regulated, large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Ability to simplify complex IAM concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced with tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Venafi.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust and cloud IAM architectures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SAFe or Scrum Product Owner.
