Lead Full Stack Developer

As the Lead Full Stack Developer, you will lead a team of developers while remaining hands-on in architecture, development, and delivery. You will collaborate closely with product management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions., * Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers
• Architect frontend and backend systems using MERN technologies
• Review code and enforce best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with product managers and designers on feature planning
• Improve development workflows, deployment pipelines, and system reliability
• Drive technical decision-making and system architecture
• Manage integrations, APIs, and third-party services
• Support DevOps initiatives including CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve performance
• Help plan sprint delivery and technical roadmaps

Do you have experience in REST?, * Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

• Proven experience leading development teams or technical projects
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable systems
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Strong knowledge of frontend engineering and backend development
• Experience with Git workflows and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• CI/CD pipeline implementation experience

Nice to Have

• Flutter mobile development experience
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
• AWS or cloud platform experience
• Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization
