- Inventory
- -Order, receive, check in, stock new inventory
- -Receive returns from customers, identify, unpack, refurbish or return to suppliers as necessary
- Process and document returns
- Work with, set up, and understand client devices and service
- Effectively communicate with teammates, vendors, and case managers
- Demonstrate flexibility in duties and responsibilities to achieve common goals
- Provide customer service support for returns, enrollments, replacements and more.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Phone communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We are seeking a hardworking customer-centric individual to add to our team! The priorities of this position include but are not limited to managing inventory and returns, refurbishing equipment, shipping, receiving providing internal and external customer support, all while exuding an exceptional and professional customer service demeanor. Client facing tasks will include customer confirmation and support calls for existing clients. In addition to client interface the position entails processing returns, updating client records, and supporting deployment among other operational tasks. This position provides a path to grow with the company as our business expands.
Prior experience in health or homecare, with general business office support and providing customer phone support is helpful but not required. We are most interested in finding a positive customer-centric person who will create a positive impact for our clients.
