The Senior Technical Writer / Program Manager serves as the on-site lead responsible for overall contract performance, technical quality, and delivery of high-quality publications and program support services. This role combines advanced technical writing expertise with program management oversight to ensure all deliverables meet Government standards, schedules, and operational objectives. Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Business, or related field · 8+ years of technical writing/editing experience · 3+ years of federal program or project management experience · Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills · Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint Security/Access Requirements: · Personnel must obtain and maintain all required background investigations and Government security credentials necessary for access to Coast Guard facilities and information systems. · Personnel must be eligible for and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) as required. · Personnel must comply with all Government security, identification, and facility access policies while performing on-site duties.
