Job description
We're looking for a Program Manager - Antenna Measurement Facilities (AMF) to lead the end-to-end development, construction, and commissioning of turnkey antenna measurement facilities. In this role, you will bridge engineering, construction, subcontractor coordination, and customer engagement to deliver complex AMF programs on time, on budget, and to customer requirements. This is a strong opportunity for a technically astute program leader with an engineering background and experience delivering complex electromechanical and specialized facility programs., Own the full lifecycle of Antenna Measurement Facility programs, from requirements definition through final customer acceptance.
Manage program portfolios by balancing technical, schedule, and financial risks while aligning delivery with customer needs and business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including Gantt charts, critical paths, milestones, and schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
Lead cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, RF, software, and civil engineering to ensure seamless integration of all AMF subsystems.
Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for RF measurement systems, motion control, material handling, DUT interfaces, and chamber construction.
Oversee subcontractors and vendors for civil/structural work, RF shielding, absorbers, HVAC, fire suppression, and electrical or motion-control integration.
Serve as the primary customer interface, presenting program status, managing risks, supporting acceptance testing, and ensuring cost, schedule, and quality compliance.
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship, required for DoD contracts, with ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in design, build, and commissioning of electromechanical systems such as antenna measurement, RCS testing, or similar systems.
Experience with construction or integration of specialized facilities such as anechoic chambers, cleanrooms, or test ranges.
Experience with DoD contracts and U.S. Government practices, including FAR, DFARS, and ITAR.
Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical content to non-technical stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Advanced engineering degree.
Experience with earned value management for schedule and budget performance.
Experience managing RF shielding, absorber installation, HVAC, fire suppression, or civil/structural subcontractors.
