Splunk Core / Enterprise Security / ITSI Consultant - 12-month contract - $75/hr-$80/hr

We are seeking an experienced Splunk Consultant to support and maintain a customer's existing Splunk Core and Splunk Enterprise Security environment. This consultant will also assist with the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Splunk IT Service Intelligence, making hands-on ITSI experience and accreditation a key requirement for this role., * Maintain and support the customer's existing Splunk Core environment.

• Maintain and support the customer's Splunk Enterprise Security environment.
• Assist with the implementation and configuration of Splunk IT Service Intelligence.
• Configure ITSI services, entities, KPIs, glass tables, correlation searches, and dashboards.
• Support Splunk platform health, performance, data onboarding, indexing, and search optimization.
• Troubleshoot Splunk Core, Enterprise Security, and ITSI-related issues.
• Assist with tuning alerts, notable events, and correlation searches.
• Work with customer stakeholders to understand monitoring, security, and operational requirements.
• Provide recommendations for improving Splunk platform performance, visibility, and usability.
• Document configuration changes, implementation steps, and operational procedures.
• Support knowledge transfer to customer teams as needed.

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, The ideal consultant will have strong Splunk administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and security operations experience, along with the ability to work directly with customer teams to maintain platform stability and support new ITSI capabilities., * Splunk Core Consultant Certification required.

• Splunk Enterprise Security Certification required.
• Splunk ITSI Accreditation required.
• Hands-on experience maintaining Splunk Core environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting Splunk Enterprise Security.
• Experience implementing and configuring Splunk IT Service Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of Splunk architecture, search, indexing, forwarders, and data ingestion.
• Experience building dashboards, alerts, reports, and correlation searches.
• Ability to troubleshoot Splunk platform, ES, and ITSI issues.
• Strong customer-facing communication and documentation skills.

$75 - $80 an hour - Full-time, Contract, Compensation $75-80 per hour, 12-month contract
