In this role, you will focus on the front-end implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), collaborating closely with UX designers, content authors, back-end engineers, and marketing partners. You will help compose scalable component libraries, ensure accessibility and performance standards, and integrate AEM with other marketing technology platforms to deliver seamless customer journeys. The Content Management Development Team is part of Fidelity's Personal Investing business unit and is responsible for building and supporting the content management platform to enable DCM (Digital Content Management) to create and update the content on Fidelity.com. Our focus is building self-directed, end-to-end solutions that push the bounds of financial and technical innovation to improve the lives of DCM teams to create and publish content. Our teams follow an agile process, moving quickly, solving difficult problems in new ways, and empowering everyone to have a voice in the direction of our products. Must be a solid communicator, * 5+ years of experience crafting and delivering solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with a front-end focus
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (Sass/Less), and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience building AEM components, client libraries, and templates using modern front-end patterns
- Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
- Experience integrating front-end solutions with marketing technology platforms and APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
