Job description

We are looking for a visionary Frontend Architect to define and own the complete user-facing technology landscape across web, mobile, and beyond. In this strategic yet hands-on role you will shape architecture decisions, establish engineering standards, and partner with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver exceptional digital experiences at scale. You will be the technical north star for our frontend guild mentoring engineers, driving innovation, and ensuring every touchpoint is fast, accessible, and delightful., Architecture & Technical Strategy

  • Define and own the end-to-end frontend architecture across web and mobile platforms.
  • Establish scalable design systems, component libraries, and coding standards adopted across all teams.
  • Drive architectural decisions: framework selection, state management, micro-frontend strategy, and performance budgets.
  • Partner with backend and platform engineers to design robust APIs, BFF layers, and CDN/caching strategies.

User Experience Leadership

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design intent into pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant interfaces.
  • Introduce and maintain a consistent cross-platform UX language spanning web, iOS, and Android surfaces.

Engineering Excellence

  • Establish testing philosophy: unit, integration, visual regression, and E2E coverage requirements and tooling.
  • Lead frontend CI/CD pipeline design - bundlers, linters, automated audits, and deployment quality gates.
  • Conduct architecture and code reviews; set standards for security (XSS, CSRF, CSP) and dependency hygiene.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web applications?, * 12+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, with 3+ years in an architecture or principal-level role.

  • Deep expertise in React.js, Next.js (App Router), and Angular.js, with strong TypeScript and JavaScript foundations.
  • Proven experience architecting cross-platform solutions spanning web and mobile (React Native, Flutter, or PWA).
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind CSS, responsive/adaptive design, and browser rendering internals.
  • Hands-on experience with mono-repo tooling (TurboRepo, Bazel) and micro-frontend/module federation strategies.
  • Proficiency in build tooling: ESBuild, Next.js build pipeline, NGINX, and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and CDN / edge delivery strategies.
  • Track record of building and maintaining large-scale, high-traffic consumer-facing digital products.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to articulate architectural trade-offs to engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
