Technology Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role as a technology specialist at SingleWave Technologies. The Technology Specialist is responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to information technology, including project management, research, and communication. This role will require working directly with clients to provide technical support and solutions., * Responsible for providing technical customer service to our customers

• Triage and respond to requests via phone, email, and in-person
• Follow procedures to troubleshoot technical issues or complete maintenance requests
• Conduct troubleshooting of advanced technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them
• Provide comprehensive customer communication to ensure not only the problem gets solved, but the customer understands the issue and how it was resolved
• Provide customers with training and advice to enhance their ability to leverage technology

• Proficient in Google Workspaces and/or Microsoft Office 365
